Video: Xavier Wulf “Top Dead Center”

Memphis underground rapper Xavier Wulf releases a visual for “Top Dead Center.” This is a cut from his “Garage Punk” EP produced by Quintin Lamb. It’s a hard hitting five-piece perfectly suited for repeat listens, as Wulf sheds his sheep’s clothing and achieves a sinister symbiosis with Lamb’s horror film instrumentals. On “Top Dead Center,” Xavier works a lockstep triplet flow as he annihilates his opposition in record time: “I remember when you didn’t wanna see me win/Now you pretend and lie to them as if we been friends.” Today, he dropping a “TOP DEAD CENTER”-scored recap video from one of his recent shows at a car show. The camera pans from close-ups of the Hollow Squad die-hards to loving shots of the custom whips on display. Peep the new video below!
