Rising Memphis artist PHE is back at it again with his latest single / video titled “Grape Chevy.” The latest release comes off the heels of his previous, “Old Money” from last year. PHE tapped Houston’s own TrillArt for the vision and director’s touch for the official video.

PHE is one of those artists that is no stranger to the music business. PHE has been in the music industry for over a decade.
