BMR DeeMan of Little Room Records is one of the streets’ favorites in Birmingham, Alabama. Recently his profile has expanded nationally. We had talking points, and we do get to the music and his career. However, early in the conversation, I sensed a profound sense of inner turmoil and we just talked about life. As much acclaim, one gets for living their lyrics or telling true stories of a troubled past, that comes with a cost.
