Mixtape: Luh Bob “Soul Bleed”

Today marks the release of rising South Carolina rapper Lul Bob’s label debut mixtape, Soul Bleed. Listen to the project released via Cinematic Music Group/Geffen Records below!

Soul Bleed features thirteen emotive tracks including, the title- track “Soul Bleed” which consists of airy guitar snakes through jagged 808s as he delivers vulnerable verses – a common theme throughout the tape. On the captivating duet, “No One Here,” with Alabama rapper and singer NoCap, together they both create a moody and contemplative, gritty yet melodic masterpiece. The project also includes “Lost Of Real Ones” which he shares a video for today. In the visual directed by Fool With The Camera, it’s evident through Bob’s eyes that he’s been through it all. He shares his story of losing people important to him but pushing though it all. On Soul Bleed the melodic upstart proves he’s much more than a typical pain rapper. His verses are complex and varied from song to song, giving the set the sort of diversity Fee Banks and GMG look for in up-and-coming artists.
