ATL native Slimelife Shawty put his heart and soul into his new Better Living project, with the help of executive producer and collaborator Lil Durk, and the project is OUT NOW. I still can’t say which track is my favorite, but I can say his gift for melody and raw, emotional lyrics about him surviving the streets and hopes for “better living” draw me in throughout the whole project. Check out tracks like “Suit Me Up” ft. Lil Durk and “Trenches” if you want classic, heartfelt Slimelife vibes. You can feel his growth and progression on this project, it really proves he’s next up out of ATL’s rap scene.
