Video: Fredo Bang “Dawg Gone”

Baton Rouge rapper Fredo Bang releases an emotional visual for “Dawg Gone.” This is a cut from his “Big Ape” project. In the video, Fredo illustrates one of the toughest moments of his life. While locked up, he received heartbreaking news that would shake his core. As depicted, a guard slipped a phone into his cell so he could call home to learn that his best friend, the brother he chose, was murdered. Fredo deep dives into his feelings and lets his heart cry through his cinematic lyrics. Eventually, Fredo is released from prison and welcomed home by a loving family but he can’t be present in the moment because of his looming thoughts of G Money. Fredo made it out, but he continues to honor G Money every step of the way.
