Following a nearly 2 year hiatus, Rich Homie Quan announced plans of releasing new music through his new record label, Motown Records.

“First and foremost I would like to Thank God for this amazing opportunity,” Quan says in a statement. “I’m excited to be a part of a building that has such great history in music. I look forward to this new chapter in my life and giving my fans the best I have to offer.”

Rich Homie Quan is busy in the studio with usual suspects, Zaytoven and Metro Booming, cooking up new music for his upcoming mixtape, Back to the Basics, set to release next month and his debut album, Rich as in Spirit, set to release later this year.
